Bracha Bard-Wigdor, also known as Balaboostas, was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. At the age of 20, she got married and learnt abroad while living in Israel with her husband. She studied and became a bridal educator, sex coach, and birth doula. Bracha is passionate about women’s health, most especially, sexual health. She believes every woman deserves to feel confident in her body and her choices, both in birth and in her relationship(s). She now has 10+ years of experience dedicated to empowering and educating women. Bracha enjoys normalizing conversations that are taboo within her Jewish communities. She appreciates breaking stigmas and is a committed community activist. She is also the founder of Balaboostas.com/forum, an online community for Jewish women. She lives with her husband and their two children, in New Jersey.
