Chaya is a business lawyer at Miles and Stockbridge P.C, a leading Mid-Atlantic law firm. Chaya represents businesses, investors and entrepreneurs across varied industries, including government contracting, information technology, retail, and manufacturing, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity financing transactions, the negotiation of commercial agreements and other general corporate matters. While in law school, Chaya founded The JWE and continues to lead its board of directors. Prior to attending law school, Chaya worked as a financial analyst for a global investment firm.
