Shifra Shine-Feldberg also known as Skirting The Rules is the Creative Director at Yona New York, a luxury womanswear brand based in Brooklyn, NY. Shifra's work has been published in various fashion publications including Vogue UK, In Style, Harper's Bazar, and Good Housekeeping.
Shifra is an unabashed feminist and mental health advocate, as well as a wife and dog mom. In her spare time, she likes to listen to bad music very loudly and present her clothing tagged with witty social commentary and style tips on her blog, Skirting The Rules.
Shifra is a Brooklyn college graduate with a bachelor's degree in Commications and Television & Radio Production.
